Words are my thing. But if I had to sum myself up? Here’s the game plan:

Journalist by nature, communicator by choice. My high school volleyball coach always said I asked too many questions. Now, I'm a journalist. Go figure.

Small-town roots, big-time dreams. I grew up in a small town in southern Ohio without as much as a stoplight. 740, born and raised! Naturally, a sense of community is a big part of who I am and is one of the reasons I want to be involved in the sporting industry. Without community and drive toward a common goal, there is no team at all.

Talking is my sport. Point blank, I love to talk. Conversations fuel me, and if I can turn a casual chat into a compelling story, even better.

Buckeye built. I’ve worked with Ohio State Football Video and currently cover field hockey as a student SID—writing previews, recaps, press releases, running social and handling media. With both of these experiences under my belt, I'm hoping to begin a career in sports communications after graduation in May 2025!
